Terms and conditions: PAYMENT DUE UPON INVOICING. Always Remembered Mailing Services (ARMS) pays postage up front. For that reason our terms are payment prior to mailing.  Shortage of supplies from the client causing a reduction to the list and revamping of reports may result in a service charge. Databases supplied to ARMS by a client will remain the property of the client and will not be copied, sold or shared in any way. Payment of our invoices acknowledges the client does in fact legally represent the product(s) or    service(s) in the mailing. Text, art work and concept are that of the client or the client has obtained the legal right to such text, art work and concept. Client agrees to remove individuals from their mailing list if so requested or notify ARMS in writing or by fax of such individuals to be removed from their mailing list. We reserve the right to pull our bid should the product not be compatible to our equipment or postal regulations. Addresses not recognized by the USPS system to be mailed 1st Class or not mailed. Express service charges may be required when reserved time windows are missed, weekend work or night work is required to meet deadlines or inverted addressing is dictated by design. Free use of our permit is offered when mailing through us. We are happy to discuss and explain these terms and conditions.
